Terms & Conditions

• A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session.
• A contract will be required to sign for every photoshoot.
• Your booking is only confirmed once you have signed your contract and completed your retainer payment.
• The remainder of the payment is due on or within 24 hours of the photoshoot.
• Final images are for personal usage only (Social Media, Portfolio, Website, Agency submission); Commercial usage (agency usage, advertisement, brand use, magazines etc) must be discussed in advance.
• Creative direction is collaborative; references are encouraged before the shoot.
• Images must not be altered/edited without permission
• The client may reschedule once free of cost, provided you give the notice 72 hours before the previously booked date. If another reschedule is required there will be a €50 fee for every subsequent reschedule.
• If the client wants to reschedule but you miss the 72 hour notice period, a fee of €50 will be applied.
• If the client cancels due to any personal reason, the retainer shall not be refunded.
• Reschedules due to circumstances beyond the control of the client (e.g weather, natural disasters etc) are completely free of cost.
• In the case of cancellation from my side due to my own personal reasons, I will offer a reschedule free of charge. If the client does not want to reschedule due to whatever reason, I will refund the retainer fee as well since the cancellation came from my end.
• Watermarked proofs will be delivered within 72h of the completion of payment, with fully edited gallery available in 8-12 business days following the selection of photos (rush delivery available with a fee).
• The proofs or any photos at all will not be delivered till the payment has been completed.
• No unedited RAW images will be shared with the client.
• The full gallery can be purchased for a variable cost depending upon the number of images that are finalized for the proofs gallery.
• Props, pets or any personal items brought to the shoot are at the client's own risk.
• If you prefer your images/videos not be shared as part of my public portfolio, an exclusivity fee will apply of €100.
• I will retain full copyright and usage rights to all images for portfolio, website, social media and promotional use.
• I reserve the right to stop or cancel a session if unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour occurs from the client's end.
• I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control (weather, accidents, equipment failure etc)
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the session.
• By booking with F Jay Photography, Clients will be in agreement with all terms & conditions as stated on the website and contract both in completion.
