Terms & Conditions
- A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking.
- Remaining balance is due on or before the shoot day.
- Sessions are confirmed only after payment of the retainer and a signed contract.
- No images/proof gallery will be delivered till the remainder of the payment has been completed.
- The client may reschedule once for free with at least 7 days' notice. After that a €75 fee will apply, including any subsequent reschedules.
- One reschedule due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances is available free of cost.
- Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to emergency circumstances such as illness or tragedy. If the photographer cancels, the retainer will be refunded as well.
- Proof gallery will be delivered within 7-10 business days of the photoshoot.
- Final edited photos delivered within 2-5 weeks depending on the package.
- Rush delivery available as an add-on.
- Client selects images via online proof gallery.
- Photographer retains creative discretion over final edits and colour grading styles.
- Unedited RAW files are not provided under any circumstance.
- The client receives a non-exclusive commercial license for use of final images on:
- website and e-commerce listings
- social media and online marketing
- printed catalogue or business materials (dependant on package)
- Any third-party commercial use (e.g media resellers, ads for another company etc) requires an extended license.
- Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.
- Clients can not sell or transfer image rights to third parties without written consent.
- Model sourcing can be arranged through F Jay Photography with a fee (€30 per model)
- Model fees will be paid by the client, unless stated otherwise.
- The Client is responsible for any permit fee that will be needed to be paid for the photoshoot; the Photographer is not liable for any unpaid permit fees.
- Photographer is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by external contractors (models, studios, stylists).
- When sharing the images online, credit with tag @fjayphotography is appreciated but not mandated for paid shoots.
- Edited images are stored for at least 3 months after delivery.
- The client is expected to keep their own backups of the images.
- Photographer takes all reasonable care during sessions.
- In the unlikely event of data loss, equipment breakdown or failure to deliver, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
- F Jay Photography is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
- Photographer retains full control over editing style, colour grading, and artistic direction.
- Client feedback on proof selection is welcome but major stylistic edits outside F Jay's aesthetic are not included.
- By booking with F Jay Photography, Clients will be in agreement with all terms & conditions as stated on the website and contract both in completion.
- All Client information, creative direction and business details shared during planning are treated as confidential.
